I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at James Madison University. I graduated with a Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University in May 2024.
My fields of interest include Labor Economics, Development Economics, Political Economy, and Public Economics.
My research passion is the political economy of developing nations. I am interested in exploring the interplay between governments and citizens from a labor perspective. I seek to understand the formation of labor movements, examine how local labor markets respond to political events, and explore the role of technology and social media in driving labor movements.
